At mibee, we want you to love your purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help facilitate an easy return and refund process. Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Your return package must be postmarked within this timeframe. Returns postmarked after 30 calendar days will not be accepted. Return Shipping Cost: We provide free return shipping if the error is on our part or if the product is defective. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and attach pictures of the received item(s) for reference. Quality Check for Returns: Upon receiving the return item, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund. If not, we will reject the return and send the item back to you, deducting the return shipping fee. Refund Process: Once your return items quality check is approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 calendar days. For returns due to our error or defective products, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
